I smile when I think back to the events of this past weekend. We had lots of fun...

we watched the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, the kids were fascinated

the boys put up our Christmas tree (and the girls decorated it!)

we admired our clean fish tanks (Daddy cleans them on the weekends with his MANY little helpers), one entire salt water tank was moved (a large undertaking) to a different room of the house, and at many points in the weekend we discussed how our guppy population has flourished (to put it mildy)

the kids took the pink jeep for a spin, Sophie's old enough to ride along now (she's loving it), and Charlie found that he really loves to be the one behind the wheel for a change (just stay out of his way!)

we went to the park, Sophie is a very daring child, loves the slide

the girls snuggled with Dad while watching science programs on TV (my kids love these shows!)

a VERY awesome treasure was dusted off and setup which has made a VERY excited boy (more on this to come)

and lastly (although I have no pictures), my husband made an amazing turkey dinner complete with stuffing, potatoes, and gravy, I contributed my cranberry chutney, (my absolute favorite cranberry dish, it's become a tradition at our house), click HERE for the recipe.
All in all, a VERY great weekend, one to be thankful for!
