the last day of 2008

we enjoyed our extended family

cousins played

spent time with the birthday boy

instantly re-made our family room into a bowling alley

tried to smile (and not laugh) while the timer feature on the camera beeped and flashed at us 

 (we did it!)

sang Happy Birthday to celebrate 80 years

enjoyed fabulous chocolate cake

some enjoyed more than others!
