Charlie said this numerous times on our hike

two miles (one up, one down)
five pairs of soggy shoes
three soggy children
and two exhausted adults

we successfully navigated the Waterfall Trail at White Tanks Regional Park

where we saw petroglyphs, watched wildlife (lizards), and played in waterfall pools

and it only took us THREE hours

On Friday we headed into the city to have dinner at my sister Robyn and her boyfriend Danny's house.

We LOVED Danny's pulled pork!!

So did Charlie.

Sidenote: Charlie did see the Santa Fe at least 3 times during our visit. It was always about 100 cars long and full of coal!
