five children from two families came together with their parents
breakfast was cooked for dinner
little girls giggled
they are now both six
a scavenger hunt led them through the house and yard
at the end of which, dessert was planted

the tears flowed and flowed
sanity evaporated with the candles
smiling through it all
our little girl is six years old
in the end all that mattered
was that Ella's best friend was here to share these crazy moments with her
