last weekend we took a surprise road trip
we picked the kids up from school and did not tell them where we were headed
somehow we managed to drive all the way to San Diego without anyone reading a road sign
the next morning we headed to Legoland (another surprise)

Star Wars Miniland was quite a hit
Charlie's teacher sent home the class Tiki to take picture with on our trip
when we got back to town, he was Star of the Week
he really loved Star Wars Miniland
and he really, really liked being Star of the Week
he was very sad when the week was over

we saved it for the very last as the park was closing down,
we rode at least three times!
